Shipping process
Once you have made your purchase, Pierotucci.com will process your order immediately and notify you via email on the status of the order and the tracking number. To provide you with top quality service, for express shipping Pierotucci.com also uses DHL courier service which is considered one of the most reliable and cost-efficient express shipping methods by air freight. For shipping to Russia, unless your order is shipped to a business address, we use SDA.

Import Duties and Fees
Pierotucci.com assumes responsibility for all taxes and import (customs) duties for delivery (including free shipping packages) to the following countries: European Union, United States and Japan. In some circumstances, the customs office of your country may ask duties directly from the customer, in which case the customer may need to contact Pierotucci.com to request the documentation needed to submit to the customs office.
Pierotucci is accountable for the payment of import (customs) duties calculated on the value of goods actually paid and shipped to the United States, European Union and Japan. Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the United States, European Union and Japan, may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient. Pierotucci.com has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Import duty policies vary from country to country and we ask our international customers to contact their local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
Porselli: when 2 or more pairs of Porselli are ordered, there are occasions when one pair is ready sooner. We will send part of the order either with DHL or regular airmail at our discretion with no extra charge to the client.
Please note, if you visit one of our stores in Florence and want to have your purchase shipped, we have a flat shipping rate, but please be reminded that import custom taxes and duties are always the customer’s responsibility.
